Growing Conditions

Grapes for this wine come from the SUR 4 and SUR 7 plots (clone 667). In this sector of the slopes of Cerro del Toro, the soil has a silty loam texture, with the presence of calcium carbonate.

Aging

Half of the wine was aged for a year in long-drying, lightly toasted French oak barrels.

Harvest

The grapes were harvested in February, and it was carried out at night.
