Growing Conditions

From SUR 6, NORTE 10, 11 and 16 plots, planted on the northeast slope of Cerro del Toro. The plants grow on a loamy textured soil, with presence of syenitic and metamorphic rocks.

Nose

Citrus aromas stand out, rich with white-fleshed balsamic fruits, typical of the variety.

Palate

In the mouth it is a tense and long journey sensation, with a saline finish that respects its place of origin, which is very close to the sea, and resembles the white Galician and Portuguese wines.

Harvest

The grapes are harvested at night in early February.

Bottling

The wine was bottled in the month of May 2023
